Yellow marks my summation of divesity

In my early years as a teenager as was taught (by the teen magazines) that yellow is the colour of jealousy. I didn’t  be associated with a jealous person I pretty much avoided to wear this colour. But later on emoticons happened and when the smiley face started to trend amongst notebooks and texts I learnt that yellow is the colour for a smiley face. Since then yellow makes me happy and makes me think of sunny days.  Even if yellow is not a loved colour (only 6% of Europeans  and Americans voted it as their favourite colour) it  manages to  lift my spirit and  self-esteem; it is the colour of confidence and optimism. Yellow also makes you stand out so is  a good choice for an interview or a date.

On the other side wearing too much yellow can make you look like a walking banana so yellow accessories might be a better option sometimes.

My advice is try to wear a yellow item at once. Combine it with blue, red, black and white. Even green.
